How It Began

The COAST Story

Luxury real estate markets rarely change overnight. More often they evolve through a small group of leaders who recognize opportunity before the broader industry does. On Hilton Head Island, that shift began several years ago when two of the market’s top-producing agents — Rick Saba and Tristan O’Grady — made a decision that would reshape not only their businesses but the trajectory of luxury real estate in the region.

At the time, both agents were already operating at the highest tier of the profession, each surpassing 100 transactions and more than $100 million in career sales volume. Their reputations were built on trust, performance, and the ability to represent exceptional properties and clients.
